“Man’s drunken antics at Huddersfield Railway Station earns court appearance”

A MAN ended up in court following his drunken antics at Huddersfield Railway Station.

Leo Challoner appeared before Kirklees magistrates yesterday

He admitted a charge of being drunk and disorderly in a public place.

Magistrates were told that an incident involving the 50-year-old, of Poplar Mount, in Roundhay, Leeds, was seen at the station on October 26.

Magistrates fined him £40.

They also ordered him to pay £85 towards court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
