Following a request from\nthe Government for all rail companies to reduce their timetables to better\nmatch the current passenger demand, TPE will be introducing a revised train\nplan based on current demand and numbers travelling. These changes are only\ntemporary, and anyone planning on travelling by train is advised to plan ahead\nand check before they travel. This will be effective from 1st. <\/sup>February.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In summary, trains at Slaithwaite &\nMarsden will be roughly every two hours in the daytime and roughly hourly at\npeak times. One particular concern we\nhave is the lack of trains from Marsden and Slaithwaite for key workers to\nLeeds in the morning peak with a gap in arrivals from 07:31 to 09:10. <\/p>\n\n\n\n The timetable has been designed so that trains\ncan be reinstated with just two weeks\u2019 notice once the lockdown is eased and\npassengers return.
