{"id":1957,"date":"2019-08-05T14:09:46","date_gmt":"2019-08-05T13:09:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.smart-rail.co.uk\/?p=1957"},"modified":"2019-08-05T14:09:46","modified_gmt":"2019-08-05T13:09:46","slug":"performance-update-august-2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.smart-rail.co.uk\/?p=1957","title":{"rendered":"Performance Update, August 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>After a period of several months in which\ncancellations averaged 3 a week, and trains generally turned up at or close to\nthe appointed time, the past couple of weeks have been very poor for delays and\ncancellations, almost back to Autumn 2018 levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some of it can be put down to separate weather-related events \u2013 flooding, a lightning strike west of Leeds, high temperatures and Toddbrook Dam.
