The Hendy Report (basically intended to cover, amongst other things, the rescheduling of Trans-Pennine electrification) was published on 24th November. It appears that the bit that is of most interest to us (what is being done to enhance the infrastructure on our route, and when) is in Enhancement Delivery Plans, which are as yet unpublished.
